We carry out work on pitched and slated roofs, tiled roofs and flat roofs. We provide the client with a written report and quotation prior to commencement of work. All work carried out is covered by insurance.
+PlasteringWe undertake both external and internal plastering. This firm offers a full service of stripping out. We have developed techniques for applying sand/cement mortar at varying densities thus reducing the chances of cracking and also providing greater resistance to rain and water penetration.
+PlumbingWe carry out a complete household plumbing service ranging from instant repairs to the domestic water system to a breakdown of the central heating system. The Home Service undertakes complete bathroom renovations and re-fits. Drawing from over twenty-five years experience we are well placed to offer creditable advice.
+Joinery and CarpentryWe will bring to your home skilled joiners who have served their time to this trade. These joiners are time served as opposed to the ‘handy man’. Our joiners will bring to your home or property a wealth of knowledge and skills that will provide you, the client, with a first class service.
+EletcicalFrom changing a faulty light switch to a complete rewire we have the knowledge and experience to ensure that it all runs smoothly. We are fully approved by the NICEIC, and as such you can be sure that all electrical works undertaken are of the highest standard.
+Floor and Wall TilingWe are able to provide a full range of wall and floor tiling solutions to any area of your home be it the bathroom, kitchen, utility room or hallway. We are qualified to offer credible advice ranging from the condition of the floor and wall surfaces to the correct tile and adhesives.
+General RepairsThe Home Service Ltd offers a wide range of household repairs and maintenance service mainly targeted at domestic properties. We do not undertake any work without firstly visiting your home in order to assess your specific requirements. We provide a written quotation detailing the proposed work that is deemed necessary in order to address the client’s requirements. We carry full public and employers liability insurances. Upon request we shall provide the client with a copy of such insurances.
